Griswold Home Care has a very selective process when it comes to choosing a caregiver. We are proud to refer only the top 5% of caregiver applicants to our clients, so before you meet a client you will need to pass our screening system. Below is a general outline of the process. There may be slight variation between offices:

  • Face-to-Face Interview
  • Competency Examination for Over 44 Skill Set

    • Discussion of client privacy and ethics

  • Supervisory and Personal Reference Checks
    • Screening for strengths and areas for improvement
