Joe Bachich, our Director has been working with Griswold Home Care to help families and individuals find the right caregivers so that they may remain independent in the comfort of their own home since 1992.
Christina Gandolfo, our Office Manager believes her compassion, empathy, and life experience are the key factors that fuel her drive to refer caregivers to enable seniors to maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes. Christina has seven years experience in management and HR. She has a certificate in Allied Health and is working toward becoming a Certified Senior Advisor. She is a Dementia Specialist, and has many years experience interfacing with the elder community.
Francis Johnson, Case Manager is passionate about referring caregivers who will improve the quality of life for our clients and her passion is renewed each and every day. Francis has her degree in Human Services with concentration in Gerontology, Family Intervention, and Addiction and Substance Abuse. She also has a degree in Administrative Office Technology, and is a certified nursing assistant (CNA). Francis also teaches Dementia Dialogues as a Dementia Specialist Trainer.
Allison Rudd and Laura Perry, Referral Coordinators, and Brittany Murphy, our Administrative Assistant, are equally driven to provide quality service to you or your loved one. We are all experienced and strive to only refer caregivers that we believe will provide exceptional, top-quality care. Rest assured that we will only refer caregivers that we would allow to care for our own loved ones.
Any one of our staff is always ready and willing to help at anytime during the day. After business hours, a referral team member is always “on-call” and is just a phone call away to quickly respond to your care needs. Our team works diligently to refer caregivers who provide home care services that support our clients so they can enjoy the independence, safety, and dignity they deserve and remain comfortably and safely at home or any place they call home!
