Brown Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1 Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 Small Can Corn
  • 6 Sliced Green Onions
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1/2 Cup Canola Oil
  • 5 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 5 TBSP Lemon Juice

Recipe Notes

  1. Mix oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic.
  2. Pour over all other ingredients.
