Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced and separated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 cup diced cooked potatoes
  • 2 1/2 cups Milk

Recipe Notes

  1. Cook onion in butter until soft
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook until hot
