Home Care Resources in Baton Rouge, LA
To celebrate National Wheelchair Beautification Month and the 4th of July, our Baton Rouge home-care team decorated this wheelchair for a large surgery center. They will be using it for patients throughout the month of July!
The Griswold Home Care team of Baton Rouge South is committed to making sure your loved one is able to stay engaged in the activities they love. Keeping elderly clients active and involved in the local community can promote a higher quality of life, and we provide caregivers who are able to provide the transportation and resources needed for seniors to stay connected.
Clients can continue to enjoy activities such as church functions, visiting family and friends, attending bingo games, shopping, and other events that allow them to interact and stay involved. The greater Baton Rouge area provides many activities to enjoy for elders, adults with disabilities, and others with physical or mental disabilities.
For clients wishing to stay at home, or are unable to go out, we can provide caregivers who can help facilitate some of the hobbies and activities that the client enjoys such as gardening, games, watching movies, reading, and others.

Check on your loved ones this holiday season
“As the holiday season quickly approaches, many will struggle with increased feelings of loneliness – especially seniors, who spend more time alone than the average adult. This season, we encourage you to join our efforts by checking on your aging loved ones often.”
