Caregiver Services in Bucks & Montgomery Counties

Griswold Home Care for Bucks & Montgomery Counties is proud to provide compassionate, quality non-medical in-home care for your loved one. Most people want to age at home, and if they can’t then they want to feel at home in the facility they live in. Our goal is to make your loved one comfortable and happy wherever they reside. We understand that the cost of in-home care can be intimidating, so we make sure we run market studies on a consistent basis to ensure that our rates are affordable.

We offer the following types of care, and every care plan is customized for your unique needs:

  • Companion Care: Companion care is perfect for loved ones who need just a little bit of help. It covers any support that is not “hands-on”. Caregivers provide services such as housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, errands, and comfort and companionship to those who cannot be left alone or unsupervised. Some clients prefer to think of a caregiver providing companion care as their own personal concierge or housekeeping service!
  • Personal Care: Personal care includes assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, nutrition, assistance with walking or transferring, or reminding your loved one to take medications on time. Many Griswold caregivers providing personal care are CNA’s (Certified Nurse’s Aides) or HHA’s (Home Health Aides).
  • Specialty Care: If in addition to household tasks your loved one has very specific care needs or requests that may require specialized training or experience, then specialty care is a great choice. Caregivers who provide specialty care have experience with needs such as advanced Alzheimer’s or dementia; late stage neurological diseases like Parkinson’s, MS, ALS, or others; and individuals who use feeding tubes, Hoyer lifts, and other equipment.
  • Live-in Care: If you need someone to live in the home with your loved one, or if they require 24-hour supervision and support, then live-in care is the best option for you. Some families choose live-in care for a loved one who has had a recent injury or surgery and needs monitoring. Others choose live-in because their loved one loves the company or needs a great deal of support but wants to remain in their home. Our caregivers and office staff will work with you to make sure your loved one gets the help they need and the attention they deserve.
