Griswold Home Care of Camden County began in 1988 as part of the Burlington/Camden territory. Ten years later, in 1998, it was split out and Joe and Maria Bachich stepped in and transformed and invigorated the territory. Joe and Maria knew from experience what the senior care community needed and worked fast to build a team of professional caregivers and staff who lived with the same passion of providing home care for the ill and elderly.
Focusing on the solid foundation of Griswold Home Care founder Jean Griswold’s vision, providing the best home caregivers to seniors and families at affordable rates, the office has grown to one of the company’s top performers. In 2001, our operations manager, Kathy Mason, came on board. Her compassion, empathy and love of the senior care community played a key role in the overall success of the office.
Kathy Mason: Regional Manager
Kathy’s passion for home care stemmed from the passing of a dear aunt when she was a new mom. Her aunt was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and her wish was to be in her home with her beloved poodles until she passed. This was almost 40 years ago, when home care was a very new concept. Kathy felt helpless, unable to help her with her request. Kathy came to Griswold Home Care in 2001 with a mission to help anyone with the desire to remain in their home. It has been her absolute pleasure to be a part of this company.

Kim Wagner: Manager
Kim’s story began before she even started working at Griswold Home Care. She needed live-in care for a family member, and Griswold Home Care in Camden County was recommended to her. Kim set up the care and was so impressed with the professionalism of the office staff and caregivers that when a care coordinator position was posted, she applied and was hired. Kim left her full time job of 15 years to work with GHC, and has loved every minute of it. Kim has 23 years experience in the healthcare industry and is happy to answer any questions you may have.

Amy McCloskey: HR Manager
Amy has been a part of the Griswold Home Care Camden County team since 2003. She oversees the screening and on-boarding process for caregiver applicants. Amy is a great resource to caregivers in our area and is always available to answer any questions about the home care industry.

Jennifer Carpenter: Administrative Assistant
Jennifer assists the Human Resources team, and her 5+ years in recruiting helps with selecting the most qualified caregivers possible for our clients. Jennifer’s ability to find the positive in any situation makes her an invaluable asset to our office. Jennifer also oversees the office’s social media platforms- she is always just a tweet away!

Lauren Smith: Live-In Care Coordinator Supervisor
Lauren joined the Griswold Home Care team in 2013. She oversees the live-in care coordinating for Camden County. Lauren is currently working on a degree in health sciences. When she isn’t finding the best caregiver match for her clients she is a mom and a soccer coach. Lauren is a huge animal lover- ask her about all of her pets!

Carrie Salerno: Live-in Care Coordinator
Carrie came to Griswold Home Care after working with children for over 20 years. She came to Griswold Home Care in 2017, and her bubbly personality lights up the office! Carrie’s passion is working in special education and with the elderly. She has three children and enjoys spending all of her time with them when not at Griswold Home Care. Carrie enjoys working in the home care field, especially helping the elderly and connecting with the caregivers.

Suzy Bowser: Care Coordinator
Suzy came to Griswold Home Care after having worked at Jefferson Home Care for 17 years as a nursing scheduler. She would frequently refer her clients looking for non-medical care to Griswold Home Care because of their reputation. When not in the office Suzy is a caregiver with Griswold Home Care. She is also a fabulous cook and shares her famous soups with the office!

Danielle Mulligan: Care Coordinator
Danielle first began her journey with Griswold Home Care working as a caregiver. It was when she left Griswold Home Care to work with children that she realized that she loved working with and helping the elderly. She returned to Griswold Home Care as a care coordinator and now has the ability to help even more clients than before. She graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science in 2017.

Connie Griswold: Care Coordinator
Connie brings over 10 years of experience at Griswold Home Care starting in 2008 as a caregiver. Before joining Griswold Home Care, Connie spent her time raising her 4 children. She was drawn to Griswold’s work-life balance, which allowed her to keep a flexible schedule and continue raising her children while working as a caregiver. After successfully raising her children, Connie was asked to come work as a care coordinator in the office. She brings a wealth of caregiver knowledge to the office, and her friendly smile is one of the first things you’ll see when you walk into the office.

Jacquelyn Kostelny & Peggy Rust are the Registered Nurses at Griswold Home Care Camden County office. They oversee all client service plans and speak with caregivers on a daily basis to ensure that client needs are met.
Jacquelyn is a graduate of Burlington County College. She has been a nurse for over 20 years. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and playing with her two dogs.
Peggy has been a nurse for 32 years. She graduated with her BSN from Trenton State College, now TCNJ. Besides working at Griswold Home Care, Peggy is a nurse at Villanova University.
