She vigorously encourages her team and anyone she comes in contact with to build continuously and improve as they go through life. Personal tragedy equipped her with the strength and knowledge to anticipate the challenges our clients and caregivers often face. Experience has given her the wisdom and compassion to understand those challenges and help come up with innovative solutions that are proactive and not reactive.

Laura Perry – Lead Referral Coordinator
Laura Perry, our Southern Belle, is a natural-born leader who strives to relate to others who are in need. She has first-hand experience with dementia and Parkinson’s disease. Her personal experiences inspire her to be a better person each day. This military brat has a special place in her heart for veterans, and is a firm believer that every situation happens for a reason and holds a lesson.

Nikki Weatherford – Referral Coordinator
Nikki Weatherford is also known as our Enforcer because of her superior organizational skills and drive to reliably and dutifully cultivate awe-inspiring order and relationships with both the caregivers and clients. Her calming presence soothes and comforts all she encounters. The confidence she radiates seeps into the souls of the weary and they find strength.

Shana Buck, our Referral Whisperer, was lovingly nicknamed because of her remarkable talent to fill cases and the ability to match caregivers with clients. She brings the sunshine to the office with her positive, energetic, charismatic personality. With infectious enthusiasm, she throws herself into helping anyone in need.

Lori Lisle, our Reliable Historian, is a creative nurturer with a strong sense of personal integrity and drive. She has a talent for helping others with original solutions to their personal challenges, and you never need to remember anything because she has already documented it. Having been in the position of caring for elderly parents, she empathizes with those needing assistance with their loved ones, and will always be there with a heart of gold.
