Ready to get started with Griswold Home Care? We're excited to start this journey with you! If you believe you have what it takes to be a senior care franchise owner and provide compassionate care to seniors and disabled adults in your community, it's time to take the first step! For a full explanation of all of our steps, we ask that you download and review our Franchise Information Report.
Step 1 Getting to Know You - Overview Goals & Objectives
During this in-depth conversation, we'll learn more about you and your aspirations for owning a business as well as your purpose, history, and values.
Step 2 Getting to Know Griswold Home Care
Now it's time for you to learn about us. We'll discuss everything from executing the business to our training, marketing, and support to our system for recruiting and retaining caregivers.
Step 3 Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Review
This is a more in-depth session where you will get to know more about the franchise relationship, mutual expectations, and a detailed overview of financial requirements.
Step 4 Validation Calls
This is a great opportunity to speak with some current franchisees to learn about their experiences in both the industry and with us. They will understand how you feel and can share about their journey.
Step 5 Executive Call
Our caring philosophy starts at the top, and you will quickly understand how we became a leader in the non-medical home care industry after your conversation with our COO.
Step 6 Discovery Day
When you come to our Philadelphia corporate office and meet our franchise team, you'll have the chance to present your initial business plan. You can also ask any remaining questions about us and the opportunity.
Step 7 Decision Making Time!
You can make your decision after Discovery Day or within a reasonable amount of time thereafter. If you decide to proceed, we'll get to work on building your new home care business!
After you have reviewed the steps, fill out our contact form and someone from our team will reach out to you by phone to further discuss our opportunity. This initial phone call usually lasts a few minutes and will give us a chance to quickly introduce ourselves and answer any pressing questions you may have.
