Caregiver Resources in Gilbert & Chandler
At Griswold Home Care of Gilbert-Chandler, the caregivers we refer are able to assist our home care clients in a variety of ways outside of the home. These services include transportation/accompaniment, travel, and companionship care. We encourage our clients to stay active within the community and continue to do the things that they love.
The area has numerous great sites that include an assortment of activities. Gilbert and Chandler, Arizona have many attractions including the Riparian Preserve, San Tan Village, Heritage District, and Freestone Park, as well as the Chandler ArtWalk, Hamilton Aquatics Center, and the Chandler Historical Museum. Also, the Chandler and Gilbert Senior Centers offer a fun and engaging way for the 55+ community to socialize and maintain camaraderie.
The centers provide classes on dancing, photography, new games, and fitness, as well as continuing education courses in computer skills and Spanish. They also provide group excursions to the movies, bowling, and breakfast or lunch. No matter what it is that you like to do, the caregivers we refer can help ensure that you are able to continue participation.
