Our team at Griswold Home Care of Hampden County holds an initial phone call and home visit with you to assess what type of support you or your loved one may need. We also take that opportunity to get to know you and make sure we match you or your loved one with the right caregiver, down to personality preferences. We continue to maintain contact with you through home visits and monthly phone calls to make sure you’re happy with your caregiver and their service.
