Home Care Resources in Harford & Cecil County, MD
Griswold Home Care of Harford and Cecil counties takes pride in being an active member of our surrounding community. There are a lot of activities and things to do for seniors in Harford and Cecil counties. Just because a senior can no longer drive or an adult child is working during the day, doesn’t mean you are out of options.
Our caregivers are there to provide an opportunity for the senior or disabled to move around their community, participate in senior center activities, attend religious services, go to Harford Mall or Tydings Park in Havre de Grace. A lot of seniors would like to be able to meet their friends for breakfast or an early dinner and our caregivers can get them there.
We understand the importance of keeping elders from feeling isolated. Studies show that maintaining friendships is very beneficial emotionally and physically as we age. For those unable to get around or wish to remain at home we can organize activities at home such as movie night, reading books to them or playing cards.
