Michelle Still – Regional Director

Michelle Still’s career at Griswold Home Care began 17 years ago when she was hired and mentored by our founder, Jean Griswold.  Having worked closely beside Jean for over 10 years, Michelle not only shares the same empathy and compassion as our esteemed founder, but also understands the intricacies of caring for older adults.

After caring for her aging mother in her beloved home until her passing, Michelle understands the challenges faced by many families. As Regional Director of Lower Pennsylvania, Michelle uses both her professional and personal experiences to help seniors stay safely in the place they love. Michelle has helped thousands of families while staying true to the spirit of our revered founder.

Dan Fratantoni – Director of Home Care Services

Dan Fratantoni is the Director of Home Care Services for Lower Pennsylvania. Dan was born and raised in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania before moving to Philadelphia to attend Temple University. After college, Dan became a Director of Youth Programs at several locations over a 10-year span.

In 2015, Dan was looking for a new opportunity and began working for Griswold Home Care. Prior to becoming the Director in June of 2017, Dan worked as the community relations coordinator, client relationship specialist, and case coordinator. Dan loves being able to connect with clients and caregivers. Dan is very proud to lead such a great team in the Lower Pennsylvania office.

Frank Lemperes – Community Relations

Prior to working for Griswold Home Care, Frank spent 13 years as a personal assistant and care manager to a high–net worth client. Before that, he worked for Independence Blue Cross in sales and marketing.

He is currently a client relationship specialist at the Lower Pennsylvania office and his responsibilities include conducting client assessments and intakes, caregiver introductions to new clients, and retention visits with clients and/or their families. He is also responsible for marketing to referral sources in order to grow the business.

He enjoys golfing and traveling, and he loves his colleagues at GHC.

Pam Zappone – Care Coordinator

Pam Zappone is dedicated to her family and is a hard worker. As a single mother of 3 children, she worked 7 days a week for 10 years. She has 2 grandchildren. Her whole family enjoys hockey, and both play hockey.

She worked as a wedding coordinator at a country club for 17 years and became a banquet sales manager. She also worked for an insurance company and stopped working to take care of 2 family members. She was introduced to senior care when her aunt was on dialysis, and she took care of her uncle after her aunt passed away.

She is currently a care coordinator at the Lower PA office. She is passionate about helping children and seniors, and she is happy to get her clients the help they need. She feels like Griswold Home Care is where she needs to be right now, and she would like to volunteer to help children in the future.

Caressa Dawkins – Recruiter

Caressa received a Bachelor’s Degree in sociology from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. She was a case manager at a Salvation Army shelter for boys and girls between the ages of 12 and 18. She then worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter for Carson Valley Children’s Aid. She also volunteered for Little Brothers, Friends of the Elderly, and visited homes of seniors during the holidays.

She is currently a corporate recruiter for Griswold Home Care of Lower Pennsylvania. She loves the GHC family almost as much as her own.

She has been married for 15 years and has 2 children, a boy and a girl. Her son enjoys basketball and playing the trumpet and her daughter is involved in the drama club and loves to write.

Caressa loves to travel and enjoys listening to music, including oldies, Motown, and Michael McDonald. She likes going to concerts, comedy shows, car shows, and eating blue crabs!
