Joe Bachich, our Director, has been working with Griswold Home Care to help families and individuals find the right caregivers so that they may remain independent in the comfort of their own home since 1992.
Francis Johnson is passionate about referring caregivers who are dedicated to improving the quality of life of our clients. Francis has a degree in Human Services with concentration in Gerontology, Family Intervention, and Addiction and Substance Abuse. She also holds a degree in Administrative Office Technology and is a certified nursing assistant (CNA). Francis also hosts Dementia Dialogues as a Dementia Specialist Trainer.
When you call the office, you will have an opportunity to speak to a member of our talented team. Mary Bartos, our Lead Referral Coordinator, has her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and has been working in the field since 2015. She gathers her inspiration from her family; especially her grandmother, who lived life with no regrets, and her church community. In her spare time she enjoys time with her new husband and a good game of Carolina Football.
Erin Chriswell, our Referral Coordinator, is the first point of contact for the Veterans in our community. She was first introduced to this field through her father, who was an Air Force Veteran, and learned from him the importance of strong moral values and character. When she isn’t working serving the community, Erin enjoys rescuing special needs dogs and is a personal trainer and avid cyclist.
Michele Bove is our Administrative Assistant and works diligently at retaining competent caregivers for our registry. She found that loving people, especially the senior community, pushed her into this career field. With a firm belief that we should strive to give back to the elderly, she draws on the strength she saw in her mother. She is also the connection between the different departments in the office, and frequently the first point of contact when you call or stop by. On the beautiful Myrtle Beach weekends Michele loves to ride her motorcycle and enjoy time with family and friends.
Dodie Richardson is our Community Liaison and spends her time building relationships within our local areas. Working with hospitals and medical agencies, she works to help bridge the gap for services that people may need so that they can have the best quality of life and remain at home while doing it. She brings experience in social work and running a non-profit day program to the team. When she has time, she is a freelance writer and enjoys time farming in the country with her husband.
After business hours, a referral team member is always “on-call” and is just a phone call away to quickly respond to your care needs. Our team works diligently to refer caregivers who provide home care services that support our clients so they can enjoy the independence, safety, and dignity they deserve and remain comfortably and safely at home or any place they call home!
