At Griswold Care Pairing for Lake & NE Cook County, there is no package deal when it comes to our plans. Every client is unique, which means they will require a care plan that is unique as well. Our Lake County referred caregivers will first familiarize themselves with your loved one and their needs and then customize a care plan that perfectly accommodates them.
