Here at Griswold Home Care of Northwest Franklin County, we understand that each home care client will have a unique requirement for care. With this in mind, during the free in-home visit we offer to each new client, we take time to sit down with the family in order to understand their unique situation, goals that the family would like to achieve, and what is the appropriate amount of care that they would like the client to receive. During this visit, we will also tell you about the unique Griswold model of home care.
Home care services can include personal care, homemaking, companionship, and transportation/accompaniment. We can refer caregivers to provide care several hours a week, help throughout the night, or live in the home.
Once the amount of care has been articulated by the client, we thoughtfully and carefully match a highly-qualified caregiver to meet your specific needs. Our Griswold Golden Rule: We only refer caregivers we would trust in our own homes. Each caregiver on our registry is meticulously screened through our CareAssure Screening System. We screen caregivers for competence, identity, integrity, and compassion.
We also conduct an extensive behavioral-based in-person interview, run a thorough criminal background investigation, and contact professional and personal references. *Griswold Home Care does not set caregiver rates. You will negotiate those rates with your caregiver after you engage him or her. As general information, however, market studies conducted in our community reveal the average rate that caregivers typically charge.
