Griswold Home Care of Norwalk has united with many local agencies to raise awareness surrounding senior concerns. We are the home care company referring caregivers to provide care to clients pursuant to the Parkinson’s Grant in Connecticut and also the Connecticut Homecare for Elders. We encourage clients to get out and enjoy life outside of the home as part of our service. The caregivers we refer can assist clients with transportation/accompaniment to and from any activity and can provide companionship while at those events.
Director Cathy Howard has been a hospice visitor and recently earned her Certified Senior Advisor Designation. Cathy also sits on the Board of Directors of the Griswold Cares Foundation. The members of the foundation help to raise funds to offer short term support for seniors who cannot afford to pay for care.

Griswold Home Care of Stratford to test new coordinated care platform
Griswold Home Care is excited to announce its partnership with CareHandOff to remotely monitor clients and provide caregivers with access to virtual coaching through a new coordinated care platform. The study will initially concentrate on Griswold’s local clients who are at the greatest risk of hospitalization.
