We have two physical offices, one in central Pasco (Lutz) and one in West Central Hillsborough (Carrollwood) that, together, support clients in both counties.
Each client has their own dedicated Referral Coordinator responsible for ensuring we refer the best caregiver match possible. They are supported by a team of individuals that are uniquely positioned to assist you and your family along your caregiving journey. Included on this team is :
- a RN
- a Social Worker
- a former Medicaid Waiver Case Manager
- a Certified Senior Advisor who is also an Alzheimer’s support group facilitator
- and, a Certified Geriatric Care Manager who is also a Master’s level Gerontologist
all working together to ensure you get the best service possible for you and/or your loved one.

Referral Coordination- the Referral Coordinators are the ones that match your needs with the most appropriate caregiver and follow up with you to ensure your requirements and needs are being met.
Caregiver Recruitment and Retention- we review 100 applicants in order to accept 2, 3, maybe 4 caregivers in our pool of caregivers, individuals that you can trust that have the experience and compassion you deserve.
Office Coordination- this team assists you and the caregivers with billing questions and concerns
Frieda has over 30 years of experience in the hospital setting serving medical, surgical and rehab patients.
