Cynthia Ceballos joined Griswold Home Care of Passaic, Sussex & Morris County as Director of Operations in July 2020. Cynthia has worked in the healthcare field since the age of 14 where she served at a WIC (Women and Infant Nutrition Program) clinic as a data entry clerk until moving into the home care industry four years later as a payroll assistant. She remained in the same organization from 2000 to 2007 and was able to expand her skill set by supporting several departments from payroll and recruitment to human resources while earning her degree in Human Resources at the College of New Rochelle.
Prior to Griswold Home Care, Cynthia helped build Friends & Family Homecare, New York, NY (partner of SOMOs Community Care, SOMOS is a network of physicians that care for Medicaid patients throughout NYC and Nassau County) from the ground up. Her passion for home care fueled her support of the team in every aspect of growing a business, from marketing, intake, coordination, payroll, billing, and eventually management.
Born in the South Bronx in a single-parent home, while faced with tough financial situations and lack of privileges, Cynthia overcame those challenges through hard work and persistence. Her passion, knowledge, and empathy for clients, employees, and her community has resulted in the delivery of exceptional quality service and satisfaction. In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys volunteering at charities, traveling, learning, and spending time outdoors – especially during spring and fall.

Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Sylvia Wilson joined Griswold Home Care of New Jersey in November 2022 as their Clinical Nurse Supervisor. Prior to Griswold Home Care, Sylvia was in Health Care for twenty years as a Registered Nurse. In this role she served as Charge Nurse, Director of Nursing, Supervisor, Field Nurse, and staff Nurse. Not only does Sylvia have extensive background in the healthcare field as school nurse, infirmary nurse in local jail, home care, private duty nursing, flight nurse, travel nurse, acute care, and long-term Care Assessment, she also is working towards Certification in Medical Surgical. She currently holds an MSN (Master's of Science in Nursing Education). Now, Sylvia brings knowledge, expertise, and skills to New Jersey’s community and is excited to come aboard as Clinical Nurse Supervisor.
In Sylvia’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with spouse, family, friends, travelling and cooking. Her 4-year-old and 1 year old grandsons keep her busy.

Crystal has over four years of experience in Recruitment and understands the importance of creating a great customer experience. She has always been passionate about home care as she has dealt with family members who have struggled to keep loved ones in their homes but have had little to no support to provide care. She joined Griswold Home Care of Passaic, Sussex, & Morris Counties in September 2022 because she wanted to make an impact in the lives of others and be part of a company with strong morals and values.
As their Talent Specialist, her job is to find loving, compassionate caregivers who can help provide the best support for their clients while creating strong relationships with caregivers so they know they have constant support. She is always willing to help and will do whatever she can to ensure caregivers feel supported and appreciated for their amazing work.
Outside of work, Crystal absolutely adores animals! Ever since she was a child, she has been fascinated with their behavior and has felt strong empathy for them. A native New Yorker born and raised in Brooklyn, Chrystal moved to NJ in 2019, where she lives with her husband, four dogs, one cat, two birds, and two ferrets. She loves all outdoor activities and feels the happiest in nature. Chrystal is always eager to learn and loves to explore or go on adventures.

Hope Perkowski is the Client Care Specialist at Griswold Home Care of Passaic, Sussex & Morris Counties, and joined the team in February 2021. In this role, she excels in managing and staffing cases while being a reliable point of contact for clients and caregivers.
Hope comes from the health care industry where she began working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2014. Through her extensive background, Hope understands the importance of pairing the right caregiver for every client. Prior to beginning her CNA career, Hope attended culinary school at The Culinary Institute of America where she earned an Associates degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. She worked in many different places after her graduation including Carlos Bakery, Highlawn Pavilion, and few other locations before getting her CNA license.
When Hope is not at work, she can be found in a few different places around the community! She is highly involved in her niece and nephew’s lives and is always supporting them on a football field, soccer field, or wrestling mat. Hope enjoys photography, baking, Disney, and spending time with friends a family. Last but not least, she also enjoys being out in nature.

Jennifer Davis joined Griswold Home Care for Passaic, Sussex & Morris Counties in May 2023 as their Community Liaison. Prior to Griswold Home Care, Jennifer worked in Senior Healthcare for years with a focus on Sales & Marketing. She has worked in Senior Living admissions with Chelsea Senior Living, as a Community Liaison with Ennoble Care, and most recently with Callahan Financial Services Group in Medicaid Consulting. Not only does Jennifer have an extensive background in Sales & Marketing, but also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Rutgers University. Now, Jennifer brings her passion for being a Social Worker at heart to the Butler, NJ community and is excited to continue as a Senior Care Advocate, but now, in home care services.
In Jennifer's spare time, she is a "Dog Mom" in every sense of the word to Brittany and Rosalie. She enjoys relaxing with her family by their Koi Pond, taking day trips, and always watching movies!

Jean’s Story
In 1982, Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company at her dining room table in a small suburb of Philadelphia. She found out that an elderly woman in her community had died of complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this was an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to find a solution by pairing Caregivers with those who could not thrive in their homes alone. She was a true visionary, establishing one of the first and most successful non-medical home care organizations in the country, despite being wheelchair-bound due to Multiple Sclerosis. Over 40 years later, her legacy lives on nationwide.

Where would we be without Caregivers? Their selflessness is astounding, yet they are often overlooked and underappreciated. The Jean Griswold Foundation is dedicated to supporting Caregivers, the backbone of the care industry. We provide educational scholarships so Care Professionals can further their training, enhance their skills, elevate their careers, and better assist the people they serve.
