Mosaic Care Resources. Mosaic Care Resources has brought together a team of professionals with
over 45 years of senior care experience to help become a more comprehensive
resource to our home care clients. We have an experienced Geriatric Care
Manager to help with your care management needs through our Mosaic Care
Management division. We have also brought on an experienced senior living
guidance specialist to help you find other possible living options should
you ever decide that you would like to age anywhere other than your current
home. You can also utilize the services of our Licensed Realtor that will
discount your commission if you have an existing house you need to sell
to choose a different living option.
