Cauliflower “Potatoes”

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Paprika

Recipe Notes

  1. Cut tough stems from head of cauliflower, dividing into sections and steam, cooking until just tender.
  2. Put into a food processor or blender and blend, adding salt, pepper, butter, and a bit of milk.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika for color
