Honey-Mustard Chicken

  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
  • 1 (2 ½ pounds) chicken quartered

Recipe Notes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl
  3. Stir in dill and orange peel
  4. Coat chicken with sauce and place chicken in baking pan
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes
