The Fairfield County offices of Griswold Home Care have partnered with many local agencies to raise funds and awareness regarding senior issues. We are the home care company referring caregivers to provide care to clients pursuant to the Parkinson’s Grant in Connecticut and also the Connecticut Homecare for Elders.
Caregivers can, at clients’ requests, transport/accompany clients to social outings such as bingo, church, movies, senior center, hair dresser just to name a few. We encourage our clients to participate in all the community has to offer.
Director Cathy Howard is Chairman on the Board of Directors of the Griswold Cares Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation that makes donations and grants to local community nonprofit organizations supporting respite and short-term home care services for those in need with financial means.
In addition, Cathy Howard is the Chairman of the Board of Stratford Visiting Nurses, which is a full-service Medicare home health agency that provides skilled care to seniors.
The Fairfield County offices are family-owned and operated, with Cathy Howard being joined by her daughters Kelly Howard Coy and Jessica Howard-Ross in providing 25 years of service to the local community.
