At Griswold Home Care, one of our goals is to refer caregivers to help seniors continue to live in the home they love – but this does not mean they have to stay at home all day! We refer caregivers who encourage our clients to stay active and involved in the community.
Within the limitations of your loved one’s condition, caregivers often chaperone seniors to various community events or activities outside of the home. And for those wishing to stay at home, or who are not able to travel, the caregivers we refer are happy to facilitate activities such as gardening, games, bingo, movie nights, scrapbooking, etc.

“As the holiday season quickly approaches, many will struggle with increased feelings of loneliness – especially seniors, who spend more time alone than the average adult. This season, we encourage you to join our efforts by checking on your aging loved ones often.”
