Welcome Paige to the Griswold Team!

We are excited to welcome Paige Gibbs to Griswold Home Care of Wilmington, NC, as our Administrative Assistant.

While Paige worked for us as a caregiver fin the recent past, she is now another cheerful voice answering the phones and supporting the rest of the office team so we can better serve our clients and caregivers! Her unique combination of a heart for helping others and wonderful organizational and administrative skills makes her a welcome addition to our team.

Paige also adds more of the south to our office mix as she was born at New Hanover Regional Medical Center and has called Wilmington home her entire life. When asked how she got involved with senior care, she shared that "watching my grandparents age really pulled at my heartstrings and got me interested in providing good care for families that may not be so fortunate in having friends around them when they need them the most." She shared how much she appreciated the time she spent providing care for her grandmother’s best friend when she needed help. She enjoyed reminiscing with her, making meals and doing the little things she really appreciated.

When Paige is not working, she enjoys anything arts and crafts, listening to music, and spending time at the beach. She also loves cooking and entertaining for friends and family and spending quality time with loved ones including her smart and spunky 10-year old son and her very energetic dog, Sadie.

Favorite place to eat in Wilmington?

"I could eat pizza just about every day, so I am a huge fan of Pizzetta’s Pizzeria."

Favorite genre to read or watch?

"I am very into murder mysteries and action movies. I always enjoy a good comedy as well. I love laughing."

Unique dream?

"I have always had a dream of owning my own little food truck one day. I really love to cook and I would love to be in charge of a business or operation that is based around what I enjoy doing. I enjoy being creative and I love making people happy, even with food."
